What counts as an account?
Each connected profile, page or channel counts as one. A brand with a TikTok profile, an Instagram account and a YouTube channel uses three.
How do I get started?
Sign up, answer a few quick questions about what you're growing, and choose a plan. Once you subscribe, connect your accounts and schedule your first posts. There is no free trial, so you're billed when you subscribe; cancel any time and you won't be charged again.
What are AI credits?
Credits pay for AI in the studio, where you turn a post from the viral library into your own version. A slideshow with real photos uses 1 credit, a slide image uses 1 credit, video uses 3 credits per second and a video from real clips uses 4 credits; planning a post is free. Your plan's credits renew every month and don't roll over. Need more? Packs of 100 for $15, 300 for $35, 1,000 for $90 last 12 months. See What a credit buys.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your plan's credits reset at the start of each monthly credit period, including on yearly plans, which get their credits every month. Top-up credits are different: they last 12 months from purchase. When you spend, the credits that expire soonest are used first.
What happens if I run out of credits?
The studio tells you what an action costs before anything is charged, and won't start one you don't have enough credits for. Scheduling and publishing never use credits, so your posts keep going out. Buy a top-up pack from Billing, or wait for your plan's credits to reset. If a generation fails, its credits come back.
Can a video from real clips match an Instagram Reel?
Yes. Instagram Reels links can't be read, so save or screen-record the Reel and upload the video file on the Video from real clips page instead of pasting the link. TikTok and YouTube Shorts links work as they are.
Is there a free trial?
No. You choose a plan and pay before the app opens. You can cancel any time from Billing, and you won't be charged again.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move between plans or switch between monthly and yearly billing from Billing in the app. Moving up adds the extra credits for the rest of the month.
What are hosted accounts?
An add-on for running more accounts than you can manage yourself. We set up a dedicated TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account on a real Android or iPhone device in the country you pick, warm it up in your niche and connect it to your workspace, where you schedule its posts like any other account. Billed per account on top of a plan: $90 a month on Android, $120 a month on iPhone. They're live within 7 days, don't count toward your plan's account limit, and are replaced for free if one is banned or shadowbanned. Each account is yours: you can see its full login any time and keep it when you cancel. See hosted accounts.
How does billing work?
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They handle your card, invoices and sales tax. We never see or store your card number.
Can I cancel? What about refunds?
Cancel any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial periods, but a charge made in error, such as a duplicate or a renewal after you cancelled, is refunded in full. See cancellation and refunds.
Are there limits on X?
Yes. X charges us for every post published through its API, so X posts have daily and monthly fair-use allowances that grow with your plan. Other networks have no Sendhour limits. See fair use on X.
