Terms of service

Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Sendhour ("Sendhour", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Sendhour website, web app and API (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you use Sendhour for a company or client, you agree on their behalf and confirm you are authorised to do so.

The service

Sendhour lets you schedule and publish content to social media accounts you are authorised to use (currently TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, X and LinkedIn), through each network's official API. Features may change over time; we will not remove a core feature you pay for during a paid period without notice. You can also schedule posts through the Sendhour API, command line tool and MCP server, for example from an AI agent or an AI app you connect.

Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • Give us an email address you control. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, for keeping access to your email and any API keys secure, and for telling us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and keep that authorisation for as long as they stay connected.

Social networks and their rules

Sendhour is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any social network. Each network is a separate service with its own terms, which apply to you and to everything you publish through Sendhour:

Networks decide what they accept and show. They may reject, limit, remove or restrict posts or accounts, change or withdraw their APIs, or cap how many posts an account can publish. Sendhour cannot guarantee that a post will be accepted, published at an exact second, or reach any audience, and is not responsible for what a network does with your content or account.

Your content

  • You keep all rights to the videos, photos, text and other content you upload ("your content").
  • You give Sendhour a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, copy, convert and transmit your content only as needed to provide the service, including publishing it to the accounts and networks you choose at the time you choose. This licence ends when your content is deleted from Sendhour, except for content already published on a network, which that network's terms govern.
  • You confirm that you own or have every right, licence and permission needed for your content, including music, likenesses, trademarks and brand partnerships, and that publishing it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.
  • You are responsible for your content and for choosing the right audience, privacy and disclosure settings for each post. Sendhour does not review your content before publishing.
  • Sendhour does not use your content to train artificial intelligence models. It only generates content (plans, images, videos) when you ask for it in the studio; what it makes is yours to use, you are responsible for checking it and for having the rights to any photo, face or video you give it, and you should label it as AI-generated where a network requires.
  • Slideshows can use real photos found online instead of AI images. Those photos belong to their owners, not to you or to Sendhour, and you are responsible for how you use them, including getting any permission you need before you publish them.

Acceptable use

You must not use Sendhour to:

  • publish anything illegal, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, exploits or harms children, harasses, threatens or incites violence, or is hateful;
  • send spam, run fake or deceptive accounts, manipulate engagement, impersonate others, or mislead people about who is behind a post or whether it is paid;
  • publish malware, phishing or scams;
  • break any network's terms, rate limits or policies, or get around a restriction a network has placed on you;
  • access the service by automated means other than the documented API, probe or overload it, or try to reach data that isn't yours;
  • resell, sublicense or copy the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law permits.

The Sendhour API

Your API key gives access to your workspace, including scheduling posts to your connected accounts, so keep it secret; you can revoke it in Settings. You are responsible for what is posted with your key, including by AI agents and other tools you connect, as if you had scheduled it yourself. We may set or change reasonable usage limits and may suspend a key that is misused or threatens the service.

Plans and billing

  • No free trial. Using Sendhour needs a paid plan: a new workspace can answer the onboarding questions and see the plans, and everything else opens when you subscribe. Workspaces that started our former free trial keep it until the end date they were given.
  • Plans. Every plan includes every feature; plans differ by how many social accounts you can connect and how many AI credits they include. Each connected profile, page or channel counts as one account. Current prices, shown on our pricing page, are: Starter: US$29 per month or US$279 per year, up to 5 connected accounts; Growth: US$49 per month or US$470 per year, up to 15 connected accounts; Agency: US$99 per month or US$950 per year, up to 50 connected accounts; Scale: US$199 per month or US$1,910 per year, up to 100 connected accounts. Prices are in US dollars; taxes such as VAT or GST may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
  • AI credits. Each plan includes AI credits every month (Starter 200, Growth 500, Agency 1,200, Scale 3,000; yearly plans too, month by month), and plan credits expire at the end of their monthly period and don't roll over. Credit packs (100 for US$15, 300 for US$35, 1,000 for US$90) are one-time purchases that last 12 months and need an active plan to use. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. Credits for a generation that fails are returned automatically.
  • Merchant of record. Subscriptions are sold and processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Dodo Payments charges you, handles taxes and issues invoices, and its terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.
  • Automatic renewal. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. The first payment is taken when you subscribe.
  • Changing plans. You can switch plans or billing interval at any time in Billing. Switching an active subscription takes effect immediately, and the prorated difference for the rest of the current period is charged or credited.
  • Price changes. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, or your subscription ends, the app is paused (Billing and Settings stay open) and you can't create new posts, connect accounts or create API drafts until you choose a plan or update your payment method. Posts already scheduled still go out, and your existing data stays available until you delete it.

Fair use on X

X charges Sendhour for every post published through its API, and more for posts that contain a link. To keep plans affordable, posting to X has these allowances. Other networks have no Sendhour posting limits beyond their own.

PlanPosts per X account per dayPosts per workspace per day (all X accounts)Posts with a link per month
Starter (and the former free trial)152030
Growth156075
Agency20200200
Scale25500500
  • Each post in a thread counts as one post. A post "with a link" is any post that contains a web address or a domain name, such as example.com.
  • Days and months follow UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). Posts count on the day they are scheduled for, whether they are waiting, sending or published. Cancelled and failed posts don't count; posts marked "Check account" do, because they may have gone out.
  • Sendhour checks the allowance when you schedule a post and tells you if it would go over. Posts without links still work after the link allowance is used. Upgrading your plan raises the allowance straight away.

Fair use on Reddit

Reddit communities expect posts from real people taking part, and Reddit removes posts and suspends accounts that look like spam. To protect your accounts and keep Sendhour welcome on Reddit, posting to Reddit has these limits on every plan:

  • Up to 5 posts per Reddit account per day (UTC).
  • One post can be sent to up to 5 subreddits. Each subreddit counts as one post toward the daily limit.
  • Follow each subreddit's rules, including its rules on self-promotion, flair and post types. Some subreddits don't allow scheduled or promotional posts at all.
  • Don't use Sendhour to manipulate votes, evade a ban or a subreddit's restrictions, or post the same content repeatedly to get around Reddit's spam filters.
  • Sendhour only publishes the posts you schedule. It doesn't vote, comment, send messages or collect Reddit content.

Hosted accounts

Hosted accounts are an optional add-on: we set up a social account for you on a device we run, in the country you choose, and connect it to your workspace.

  • Price. Hosted accounts are billed monthly per account (US$90 on Android, US$120 on iPhone), on top of an active plan. Accounts ordered together share one subscription. Hosted accounts don't count toward your plan's account limit.
  • Setup within 7 days. After you pay, we prepare the device, create the account and warm it up in the niche you chose, then connect it to your workspace and email you. Accounts are live within 7 days of payment. You choose the username, bio and profile picture.
  • Free replacement. If a hosted account is banned or suspended by its network, or shadowbanned (each of its last 10 posts got fewer than 100 views), email [email protected] and we set up a new one at no extra charge for as long as your subscription is active. A replacement starts again from a new, warmed-up account; followers and posts don't carry over.
  • No promised results. We don't promise any number of followers, views or reach. Each network decides how it shows content, and may limit, restrict or suspend any account at its discretion.
  • Your content. You decide what the account posts and are responsible for it, as with any connected account. We may decline or end a hosted account whose niche or posts break the law or a network's rules.
  • The account is yours. We create each hosted account for you and it belongs to you. Its full login (username, login email or phone, password, the email account's password and recovery codes) is available on your Hosted accounts page at any time, and stays there after you cancel. The device and the connection it posts through stay ours.
  • While we run it. Please don't change the account's password, email or two-factor settings, and avoid logging in from other devices or countries: that can trigger the network's security checks and can stop us running, posting or warming it. If you do, we can't promise the delivery time, results or a free replacement for that account.
  • Ending. Cancel any time from the Hosted accounts page or by emailing [email protected]. The account keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for. Then we stop using it, sign it out of our device and disconnect it from your workspace; you keep the account and its login. You can connect it again as one of your plan's own accounts.
  • Payments, cancellation and refunds work as described in the next section.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancel any time from Billing in the app, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and then ends; you won't be charged again.
  • No refunds for partial periods. Payments are non-refundable and we don't refund unused time, including when you cancel mid-period, downgrade or delete your workspace, except where the law requires a refund.
  • Our mistakes. If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, or a renewal after you cancelled), email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
  • Statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits refund or withdrawal rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
  • Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Availability and support

We work to keep Sendhour running reliably, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause it for maintenance, and outages at networks or our providers can delay or stop publishing. If we lose contact with a network while sending a post, we mark it "Check account" instead of retrying, so that it isn't published twice. Support is by email at [email protected]; we aim to reply within two business days.

Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using Sendhour at any time and delete your workspace in Settings. Deleting the workspace cancels any active subscription and permanently deletes your data, as described in the privacy policy.
  • We may suspend or close a workspace, or disconnect an account, if you break these terms or a network's rules, if a network or the law requires it, if payment fails, or if your use puts the service, other users or a network at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
  • If we close your workspace for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
  • If we ever discontinue Sendhour, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
  • Sections on your content, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.

Our property

Sendhour, its software, design and brand belong to us and our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your workspace is active; they don't transfer any ownership. Network names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the networks we connect to. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We don't guarantee any results, such as views, reach or followers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunities; (b) we are not liable for the actions of any social network, including rejected, removed or restricted posts or accounts; and (c) our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you will compensate us for claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) brought by a third party, including a social network, that arise from your content, your breach of these terms or a network's terms, or your violation of anyone's rights.

Governing law and disputes

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Before starting any formal claim, please email [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, tell active users by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a change is required sooner by law or a network. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect; continuing to use Sendhour afterwards means you accept the new terms.

General

These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them to whoever takes over the service, and will tell you if we do.
